The Aynsley Group is one of several privately held companies formed in 1975 to provide quality consulting services of a specialized nature. Our practice is limited to ElderCare Consultation.
Our goal is to empower adult family members with the knowledge that enables them to deal with the needs of their aging relatives. Our clients are typically located in the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area, or have relatives who live there. Sometimes our clients are individuals seeking guidance in evaluating and planning for their changing needs.
The Aynsley Group is managed by Nancy Fiedelman.
Ms. Fiedelman has more than twenty-five years experience working with the issues facing our maturing population. As a Medical Social Worker for the Washington Hospital Center, she developed a broad understanding of the issues associated with aging. She has worked with countless patients and family members in coping with the physical and emotional issues required to accommodate changing needs. As a manager in a home healthcare company, she acquired firsthand knowledge of the efforts required in providing in-home care. As an independent consultant, she has worked with family members in identifying issues and plans of action to address the needs of aging relatives located throughout the U.S.
Ms. Fiedelman continues to be actively involved in community education, and has conducted ElderCare seminars for employees of various government agencies, and healthcare professionals in this area
